Experienced Painter (One position): We are looking for an extremely professional experienced painter to join us to get to the next level. We are a highly reputable and well-regarded company built on a set of values geared towards providing the highest quality of workmanship with exceptional customer experience going above and beyond to leave the customer totally satisfied. We provide upfront estimates and finish the job in time and leave no mess behind.
We are seeking someone who is experienced and skilled in all aspects of top notch residential and commercial painting. Someone who understands the business and can lead a project from making estimates and to working with the support crew to finishing the job in time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
We value teamwork in a tight knit group like a family. We strive to provide highest quality work with top quality paint and different finish levels all over the Seattle metropolitan area, especially Snohomish county, East Side and North Seattle. We use top of the line equipment and safety practices.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is a perfect team player, dependable with a professional appearance, positive attitude, willing to learn, take direction, well organized with good communication skills and able to work independently or with the team. We are looking for someone who has good people skills and leadership qualities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Driver license with reliable transportation to and from the job site ( Puget Sound Area)
Able to lift materials and heavy equipment
Able to stand, squat, bend and work on a ladder
Attention to detail
Honesty and positive attitude
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five Plus years of recent experience in the HIGH-END residential and commercial painting industry. At least three years as Lead Painter.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Detail oriented
- Experienced with application processes and procedures: Spray, brush & roll with a very wide range of oil, latex/WB, hybrids, stains, lacquers and post-catalyzed finishes.
- Leadership qualities and experience in managing an excellent honest and hardworking crew.
- Three years of experience as a Lead Painter involved in complete project management from costing (providing quotes), managing the crew and finishing the job in time with complete customer satisfaction.

Looking for energetic, highly motivated persons who are passionate about developing skills to be a professional painter. Perfect for new high school graduates and college students. Will provide training for right candidates.
