How Long We Keep It
Estimate requests are kept while the lead is active and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back to us. Records tied to completed work — contracts, invoices, warranty documentation — are kept as long as our legal, tax, and insurance obligations require.
Your Choices
- Access or correction. Ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you and correct anything wrong.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we're required to keep records tied to work performed.
- Stop contact. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well.
