Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of paintgunners.com and the estimates we provide through it. The contract for any actual painting work is the written agreement you sign with us — if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement wins.

About Us

Paint Gunners LLC is a painting contractor registered in Washington State, licence #PAINTGL885C9, serving King and Snohomish County. You can verify our registration through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, and we'd encourage you to do that for any contractor you're considering.

Using This Site

• The content here is provided for general information about painting and about our services.
• Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Text, images, and design on this site belong to Paint Gunners unless stated otherwise.

Estimates

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Prices shown on this site are ranges, not quotes. Pricing published on service and city pages reflects typical projects. Your actual price depends on scope, surface condition, access, and product selection, and comes from an on-site walkthrough.
• A written estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Beyond that, material and labour costs may have changed.
• Conditions we could not reasonably see at the walkthrough — rot behind trim, failed substrate, water damage — may change the scope. We tell you before doing that work, not after.

Scheduling and Weather

Exterior painting in Western Washington depends on weather. We will reschedule rather than apply coating in conditions that would compromise the result. A weather delay is not a breach of our agreement, and we won't charge you for one.

Warranty

Completed work carries the written workmanship warranty described in your signed agreement. It covers failures caused by our preparation or application. It does not cover normal wear, impact or accidental damage, substrate movement, moisture intrusion from sources outside the painted surface, or work performed by others. Manufacturer coating warranties, where they apply, are passed through to you.

Content Accuracy

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, including pricing ranges, timelines, and local detail. We don't warrant that every page is error-free or complete, and information on this site does not create a contract. If something here contradicts what we tell you in writing for your project, the written document governs.

Third-Party Links

Some pages link to outside sites, such as the state contractor lookup or product manufacturers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Paint Gunners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for the work we actually perform — that is governed by your signed agreement and by Washington law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes are subject to the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
